Programme details
This 12-week holistic programme will kick start your health and well-being journey towards a healthier you. You will no longer need to rely on the latest fad diets and quick fixes that provide a temporary solution to weight management.
The first step towards achieving your goals is to be totally honest about what has contributed to your current weight to date. We then negotiate and set realistic goals within a set timeframe and revisit them as you move along the programme. Your age, gender, ethnicity and any health-related conditions will be taken into consideration in order to further personalise the programme to suit your needs.
What you receive

• 1 x 60-minute initial session
• 11 x 45-minute follow-up sessions
• Discussion of your social history and current circumstances
(e.g. lifestyle, eating behaviours, physical activity level, and environments).
• Motivational activities to keep you on track
• Discussion of challenges & successes
• Goal setting and evaluation
• Added extras e.g. food preparation techniques, recipe ideas, useful website and other online resources, suggested reading materials.
